This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our financial strategies. + Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. + Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data. + Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights on financial performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial Modeling & help maintain financial databases and reporting tools. Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed & present findings andrecommendations to the finance team. **What your background should look like:** + Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with financial reporting software and tools (e.g.,ERP systems) is preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
