FP&A Analyst Senior - Campinas/SP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, contributing to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. The position will focus exclusively on North American operations, with strong interaction with the commercial area and global leadership.    

              

Key Responsibilities             

              

Coordinate and drive the monthly regional financial review meetings with FP&A Leadership    

Coordinate the preparation and provide commentary/input into the monthly Board presentation   

Support and analyze annual plan and monthly forecast process and ensure understanding and alignment across the global finance teams and business units.  

Prepare analytical reports, including month end management report, to drive business decisions  

Drive process standardization initiatives and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes.

Provide analysis on incentive compensation plans, including monthly/quarterly/annual accruals.            

Support and participate in ad-hoc analysis on business performance.             

Assist in developing and reviewing presentations for business leaders, including the CEO and CFO.    

              

Qualifications           

              

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Chemical, Engineer or a related field. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.        

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.        

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.          

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.       

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.        

Fluent English is mandatory              

              

Differentials 

              

Knowledge in Tableau or other BI tools.     

Previous experience in multinational companies or working with international teams.
