Job DescriptionReview and verify EXIM billing invoices; submit to Finance/CF team and prepare related reportsPrepare supporting documents for export-import clearance processes, including insurance documents, Power of Attorney (POA) letters, and Delivery Notification Proof (DNP)Maintain organized and up-to-date digital archives of EXIM documentationCompile and submit accurate daily activity reports

QualificationsCollege students preferably majoring in Logistics, Management Transportation, or a related fieldBasic understanding of export-import processes and documentation requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reportingGood organizational skills and ability to manage documentation efficientlyEffective communication and coordination skills, especially when working with cross-functional teamsAble to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
