Check out ourHyatt career site (https://careers.hyatt.com/en-US/careers/) to learn more about what it’s like to be part of the Hyatt family!_ We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Multi-Outlet Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of three key outlets located within a large convention hotel: Descend 21, Coconuts Pool Bar & Restaurant, and Rocks Lobby Bar. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that caters to business travelers, leisure guests, and conference attendees. Key Responsibilities: · Lead daily operations of the outlets within a large-scale convention hotel setting. · Ensure each outlet consistently meets brand standards for quality, service, and presentation. · Monitor and adjust workflows to accommodate fluctuating business volumes, including large group and convention traffic. · Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff across all three outlets. · Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, engaged, and service-driven team. · Promote a professional and team-oriented environment that supports staff retention and performance. · Create and manage staffing schedules to align with business demands and labor budgets. · Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management processes. · Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, brand SOPs, and internal operational procedures. · Maintain strong visibility in outlets to engage with guests, address feedback, and drive satisfaction. · Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and creative menu execution. **_All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status_** . **Qualifications:** Requirements: · Proven experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets in a high-volume, upscale or convention hotel environment. · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Excellent organizational and time management abilities. · Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory controls, and food & beverage operations. · Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
