Andaz San Diego is seeking passionate individuals to bring their unique spin on service to this award-winning hotel. **The responsibilities for this position may include:** + Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Executive Chef, Marketing, and other hotel departments + Leading and directing the daily operations of the venue and consistently delivering an exceptional guest and colleague experience + Hiring, training, development, and promotion of team members + Leading front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) teams while fostering our Culture of Care + Driving sales, managing costs, and growing the business. This includes developing and implementing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and profitability + Managing all beverage inventories and beer, liquor, and wine vendor relationships + Planning and managing all Rooftop, Gallery and Wine Roomactivations, special events, and holiday functions + Developing budgets and marketing plans while ensuring their success + Partnering with local promoters and actively selling the space to drive engagement and revenue + Maintaining high energy, a positive attitude, and a casual but professional appearance This role entails running the best shift which may include: leading pre-shift meetings and running line, temperature, and cooler checks, overseeing all closing duties, reviewing labor sheets, updating and maintaining side work and cleanliness standards, maintaining organization of the space. The salary range for this position is $66,100to $95,700. This is the pay range for this position that Andaz reasonably expects to pay.
