Our Client is a leading Shipmanagement Company managing a diverse fleet of Vessels.

For their exponentially growing operations, they are looking for a 'Fleet Manager' to oversee the fleet of more than 20 Dry Bulk Vessels, based in Limassol.

Your Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable technical management role.

Possession of a Chief Engineer’s Certificate of Competency, with hands-on sailing experience as Chief Engineer aboard dry cargo vessels.

Proven expertise in managing OPEX budgets and preparing accurate financial and technical reports.

Solid understanding of international maritime regulations and compliance standards

Demonstrated ability to plan effectively, manage resources, and lead multidisciplinary teams. Customer-focused, with a proactive and service-oriented approach to problem-solving

Excellent command of written and spoken English
