As a Financial Analyst for Operations, you will support the EMEA Operations Finance team by delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You’ll play a key role in evaluating business performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and enabling strategic decisions through proactive business partnering and analytical insight. In this role you will be reporting to the Operations Finance Manager.

What you will do:

Planning & Forecasting – Support annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Manufacturing and Supply Chain through qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as ensuring quality and integrity of financial data with focus on manufacturing and supply costPerformance Analysis & Reporting – Evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against annual budgets and latest forecasts; prepare reporting packs (for regional and global Operations teams) to identify opportunities and risks and propose mitigating actions.Process improvement – Identify areas for improvement and constructively propose new solutions to simplify and streamline processes and systems to ensure more efficient delivery of value-add information to stakeholders.Project support – Support business critical projects as required, for example: Strategic Investments, Business Optimization, M&A, etc.Business Partnering – Act as true business partner to all Operations functions in EMEA THS to support and enable accelerated and outcome-focused decision making.

What you will bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing, ideally within a public company environmentStrong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and business performance evaluation, including cash flow, balance sheet, and P&L analysisAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a strong plusProven ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights that support strategic decision-makingFluency in English, both written and spoken
