As a member of Oracle GBF’s Compensation organization, you will drive key cross functional business practices.  

SPOC : be the single point of contact for all comp plan queries from sales reps/ managers. You  will be the Go to” person for sales team on their compensation queries : “when” , “how” and “how much”  Understand the process and be in a position to suggest “way forward” on compensation queries Collaborate with LOB finance business partner on any questions on quantum of “quota”  Provide financial support for planning and control with regard to compensation Coordinate quota setting for region and drive Plan acceptance Verify Commission forecast and actual tracking Track any exception requests CERT/others thru the year; Participate in cross functional programs and projects
