Finance Process Execution Specialist - Strategic Revenue Management

Job Description:

Project Voyager aims to design and implement a comprehensive business solutions strategy to address the full spectrum of the sales planning process.

This includes leading the transformation of existing early-stage sales planning systems—such as top-down and bottom-up planning, field forecasting, sales iterative models, and sources of growth models—by re-platforming these systems to better align with current and future business needs. Additionally, the project will focus on the replacement of the current TPM system with an alternative trade ecosystem. This initiative will involve selecting, building, and deploying a range of business-facing systems that support seamless sales planning and enhance overall business operations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Execution Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating significant value by optimizing internal processes while ensuring strict adherence to critical financial controls. You will be responsible for advising the finance team on the most effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and measure compliance with established financial targets, contributing to operational efficiency and financial integrity.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Lead efforts to analyze and optimize key financial processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices. Identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.Financial Controls: Ensure that financial controls are rigorously adhered to across all processes. Work closely with the finance team to maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.KPI Development: Advise the finance team on the most effective KPIs to track and measure financial performance, focusing on compliance with financial targets and objectives. Provide ongoing support in the development and refinement of performance metrics.Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor financial data and process performance, providing detailed analysis and reports to senior leadership. Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure that process improvements are implemented consistently across the organization. Provide support and training to teams to ensure alignment with optimized processes and financial controls.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that process optimization and financial controls are regularly assessed and enhanced to meet evolving business needs.Stakeholder Management: Present key findings, strategies, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that promotion optimization strategies align with the overall company vision and goals.Change Management: Help drive the successful implementation of change initiatives within the organization. Focus on ensuring that change is effectively managed, minimizing disruption while maximizing adoption and engagement. Work closely with leaders and teams to develop and execute change management strategies that align with business goals and support smooth transitions.

What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience in revenue growth management, Finance, or similar functionProven experience in process optimization, financial controls, or a related role, ideally within a finance or operations environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Experience in developing and tracking KPIs to measure financial performance and process efficiency.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
