Job Overview Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.Job Summary
Responsible to handle area of Fixed Asset in Finance department and general accounting policy, procedure, taxation, Internal Control will assist Plant Controller and Accounting Manager to effectively ensure company are fully compliant with internal and external protocol.
Responsibilities Formulate relevant material management regulations, and review the process of asset consolidation, transfer, disposal. Review internal new Capex Project and provide guidance to stakeholders Prepare asset management reports, coordinate and analyze asset utilization rate, monitor abnormal and non-performing assets, and organize business departments to analyze and dispose of them. Coordinate and summarize the progress tracking of the upgrading of projects under construction in various departments, process review the conformity of material management, and timely correction. Identifying problems and solutions during the project financial analysis. Collect and track financial data related to assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and analysis. Take a lead in performing fixed asset physical count Regular update in Company policy and DOA related to Capital expenditure and included in other areas Perform Account Reconciliation in assigned accounts accurate and on time Develop and implementation of asset improvement policies to enhance value and returns. Responsibilities Proactively address and resolve routine issues related to asset performance to ensure optimal operation and minimize risks. Reviewing control process of business units to ensure each process are performed in line of policies Coaching team member to enhance their knowledge and other competencies needed to conduct audit Follow up the outstanding audit issue in line with agreed management response and target date. Keep track of business operation to ensure that the specified work process and all control measures are correct to prevent error occurred Create policies and procedures related to financial, accounting and procurement aspects. Work with external auditor reviewed and audited financial statements Liaise with all stakeholders for asset management including capitalize, impairment and write off Provide service and support in terms of analysis and numbers for all the departments and all reasonable needs, e.g. conversion cost, productivity, or TEOA Other accounting and finance duties as assigned by Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance (Internal or External audit background would be preferable) Prior experience in operations finance and accounting within a manufacturing plant (Global company experience a plus) Progressive management experience leading a finance organization. Strong computer skills: Very strong SAP manufacturing experience in a large mfg. site is a must, Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data warehouses. Good in English communication skills.
