Job DescriptionAs finance manager you are responsible for timely issuance, amendment, and discharge of bank guarantees.You drive continuous improvement, harmonization and quality assurance of the global guarantee processes and consult operational units in guarantee management.Furthermore, you take over the management as well as negotiation of contracts with banks.In addition, you will take an active role in coordinating and aligning supplier finance programs together with purchasing and central treasury department.You will also optimize intercompany funding structures, capital allocation as well as support in the financial planning process and intercompany financing.

QualificationsEducation: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and/or Finance with a focus on accountingWork Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment; proven experience in managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes; solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization; proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations; international experience in treasury, finance, or risk management roles, preferably in complex organizational environmentsPersonality and Working Practice: strong communicator, strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, responsible, process- and performance-orientated, analytical as well as structured working method Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills, other language skills beneficial
