Full-Time The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support in financial operations within the department. They MUST possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting preferably in the Hospitality Industry.Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring that all financial data is accurately recorded and readily accessible for auditing and reporting purposes. Manage petty cash, ensuring timely reconciliation to maintain a clear audit trail and prevent discrepancies. Update and maintain the asset register to accurately track the organization’s tangible assets. Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents and reports to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as responsible for KRA follow-ups. Preparing of VAT schedules, reconcile customer accounts and ensure VAT withholding taxes are paid on time. Responsible for filing and management of all documents. Management of inventory.
