Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:Partnering business segments to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-terms planning, including scenario modelling and business cases.Providing detailed financial analysis, tracking business performance against target, highlighting business risks and opportunities, to provide actionable insights to improve profitability.Business Partnering:Evaluating margin and EBIT of new launches, including providing financial evaluation on manufacturing location decisionSupporting commercial teams on assessing business performanceActing as a trusted advisor to management, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives.Collaborating with cross-functional teamsStakeholder Communication:Presenting financial results to management with key messagesCommunicating complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable wayActing as the contact window to central finance team and digital team

      Capacity

Business partner to entry level market segment (60%), 1 day/week in Suzhou Bosch siteBusiness partner to professional market segments (20%)Business unit controlling topics (20%)

QualificationsEntrepreneurial & overall Business Competence:Good overall business sense & cross-functional understanding regarding the overall value chainStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDiligent, logic and structured way of workingFuture and result orientation & entrepreneurial thinking and actionFlexible, enthusiastic, motivating and empathic & positive mindset, passionate for working in multi-cultural environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional Competence:University degree in Finance/ Controlling or related fieldMin. 5 years professional experience in Business Unit/ Legal entityVery good knowledge of MS tools, especially ExcelERP system and Digitalization tool experienceGood presentation skillsFluent in English
