The position

As our new Finance Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will provide financial sparring to CVP, directors, and associate managers, and lead the budget process in our factory M2, securing relevant input and high-quality presentations.

Other key responsibilities will include to:

• Conduct financial follow-up, including monthly management reports and budget management in our departments in M2.

• Manage financial updates and presentations.

• Act as a superuser in MS Office, SAP, and Tableau, training colleagues and managers.

• Ensure monthly accruals are booked according to company guidelines.

• Proactively provide data analyses for decision-making, optimizations, and improvements.

• Control M2 financials, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining order.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• An academic degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar relevant field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Project Controlling, Business Controlling, or similar.

• Experience in managing Anchor Budget (AB), Rolling Estimates (RE), and similar financial planning processes from a production environment.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex investments to management.

• Familiarity with financial compliance and project controlling.

Moreover, you have a proactive and structured mindset with a solid eye for details, as well as effective analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.

 

About the department

You will join the API M2 Finance & Purchasing team in Kalundborg, which consists of 12 people working in finance, environment and purchasing. Our team plays a crucial role in
