What You'll Do

 

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring contractual and billing compliance across assigned client accounts. You will coordinate directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a desire to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 

You will report to the Finance Senior Manager (Accounts Receivable), helping improve process efficiencies and financial outcomes through proactive communication and analytical thinking.

 

WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT

 

Contract Management

Collect contracts from case teamsEnsure contractual compliance and escalate issues where neededCollaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies

Invoicing & Cash Collection

Coordinate and prepare billing details in line with client agreementsProcess and track invoices through their full lifecycleMonitor incoming payments and proactively follow up on overdue invoicesDrive improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsWork on optimizing and refining financial processes

 

Cross-Functional Support

Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues

YOUR PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS

 

Strong Financial Acumen - Sound understanding of financial principles, reporting, and invoicing cycles

Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support process improvements

Problem Solving - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving billing discrepancies and contractual issues

Communication - comfortable interacting with internal teams and external clients to ensure clarity and compliance

Process Orientation - dedicated to continuous improvement, efficiency, and accuracy in financial workflows

 



What You'll Bring

 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and/or1–3 years of relevant work experience in a finance or accounting roleStrong Excel skills and confidence with financial software systems (SAP is a plus)Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasksStrong communication skills and stakeholder management experienceFluent in English (written and spoken)Experience in a professional services environment preferred
