Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for implementing effective and accountable financial control systems, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintaining strong internal control, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.
Capacity Building/ Technical works
Conduct training for finance and non-finance staff related to bookkeeping and the update policy and procedureof financial systems.
Participate actively in finance/regional/GC meeting.
Accountability & Quality Assurance
Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.
Review Tcodes transaction to ensure alignment with the budget.
Record and upload disbursement transactions to finance system.
Ensure timely payment to staffs and vendors.
Prepare and monitor balance sheet accounts aging report.
Responsible for the financial documentation.
Coordinate with the Shared Service Centre regarding financial transaction services.
Coordinate with the NRD and communication department to conduct merchandise stock opname.
Provide necessary data/information related to internal/external audit.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Management & Leadership
Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews.
Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department.
Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.
Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.
Manage all risks related to financial business process according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.
Develop good networks and relationships between project accountants, and other departments.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance.
At least 1-year experiences in accounting/finance.
Professional Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to travel within country.
Good working knowledge of computerized accounting system.
Attention to detail.
