Key Responsibilities:
The purpose of the FF position is to do the implementation of Cocoa Life program activities to fulfill program target and result and also to improve the well-being of registered farmers family. The Field Facilitator strengthen relationship and cooperation with beneficiaries, local government and key stakeholders (community leader, community based organization, etc.)

Strategy Development & Planning
Facilitate training on Safeguarding and Child Protection Induction for Cocoa-Business Community.Ensure that program work plan and budget are implemented based on approved annual Scope of Work (SoW).Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement/Project Management
Ensure all required administration is fulfilled during development of ToR and Financial Reporting Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources. Monitoring the implementation of monthly work plan, target and budget.Contribute to identification and produce most significant change stories from the field Contribute to development of monthly, quarterly and annual reportCapacity Building/ Technical works
Work with TL and individual professional consultants to ensure the implementation of the program use appropriate capacity development plan which will enable the program to meet its goals and will ensure to use his/her God-given abilities.Accountability & Quality Assurance
Ensure program partners (Government and local stakeholders) have well informed about program profile and progress Ensure the quality of program results in all targeted villages Ensure the progress of KPI achievement Contribute the development and updated of ITT and MTT documentsNetworking & Coordination

Preferaby bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field. Good understanding of key aspects of development work. Min. 3 years experience in community development program is an advantage especially having experience in implementing agriculture or livelihood program Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Strong conceptual understanding in basic design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning and sustainability.
