Main Purpose
Modern Trade is a strategic department in Customer Development. We ensure that Customer plans fit with channel/customer and shoppers’ needs to maximize benefits for Unilever and our Customers.
The Field Execution Manager leads the Field Execution team in achieving the sales target and business objectives for perspective customer(s) as set in the Customer Business Plans.
Main Accountabilities
Conduct JBP with top stores and take champion role by BU/ expertiseEnsure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performanceManage Sales-In, Sales-Out and Stock AvailabilityExecute Customer Plan of NPD, Promotion, Activation and Visibility PlanCoach FE team for performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within his/her teamEnsure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at POS to further build market shareBuild excellent relationships with the regional/local responsible manager of the concerned customersOther tasks assigned by Line ManagerCritical success Factors for the Job
