BSH was founded in Germany in 1967 as a joint venture of Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG, becoming 100% owned by the Bosch Group in 2015.

We have grown significantly since our inception over 50 years ago.

Initially, we were a German exporter, but we've evolved into one of the world's leading home appliance manufacturers with around 40 factories worldwide.

Our product portfolio includes large home appliances such as cooktops, ovens, extractor hoods, dishwashers, washers, dryers, fridges, and freezers.

We also offer small home appliances like vacuum cleaners, espresso machines, and other kitchen appliances.

Job DescriptionResponsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the facility.Lead cost savings initiatives, as well as handling the communication with relevant contractors.Coordinate necessary changes for productions regarding facility management.Ensure the compliance of relevant regulations such as NOM, Environmental Laws, Waste Disposal, etc.Have as direct reports the areas of medical services, HSE, etc.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

3-5 years as Facility Manager with complex buildings in any industry.Intermediate/Advanced English Level.Organizational and Coordination Skills.

Desirable Qualifications

Degree in architecture.Knowledge in regulations such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, among others.Use of Software Tools such as Quentic or Enablon.
