**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our **Plano, TX location** in the **Neuromodulation Division** . Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.
Under indirect supervision, the Facilities Coordinator oversees and coordinates the day-to-day building operations and services, ensuring occupants work environment is conducive to maximizing productivity and workspace comfort. Candidate will ideally come from the hospitality industry or have experience interfacing with senior client / customers. Candidate must be highly organized and technologically orientated. Work with site operations team to deliver timely support and solutions.
**What You’ll Work On**
**Audio-Visual Systems & Security System Management:** Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment. Oversee badging/camera system and provide monthly and annual reports and audits to stay compliant.
**Building Automation:** Use Trane Tracer Ensemble building automaton software to monitor, adjust, and efficiently operate the HVAC equipment to provide a comfortable environment for all occupants.
**Seating Software:** Utilize move/add/change software to keep up with seating assignments and office layout changes.
**Vendor Coordination:** Manage vendor relationships, participate in vendor contract negotiations, manage vendors and PM’s for client owned building systems, coordinate lab equipment installations, and organize training courses. Indirectly oversee janitorial and security staff as needed to align with client standards and needs.
**Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsible for planning, preparing and providing active response to inclement weather to ensure employee and visitor safety. Works closely with executive administrative assistants for different divisions among client for support.
**Shipping & Receiving:** Oversee the shipping and receiving of all packages through the loading dock.
**On-Call:** Be available after hours and weekends for scheduled and emergency maintenance functions and/or client events
**Reporting:** Provide monthly reports on occupancy and average attendance of occupants
**Required Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven experience with audio-visual systems and building automation software (Trane Tracer Ensemble preferred).
+ Familiarity with move/add/change software for seating assignments.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate training courses.

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
