**What You-ll Do**
Support general facility by ensuring a clean, orderly, and attractive establishment in the canteen and restrooms. Provide support services to reception and for events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Canteen Support**
Managing inventory in the canteen and assist with orders:
+ Snacks - Every Friday
+ Ice Cream - As needed
+ Coffee/Coffee Supplies - 1x/month
+ Janitorial Supplies - Every other week
+ Dairy - Every other week (48h in advance or by Thursday for the following week
+ Handling inventory of the canteen:
+ Refilling snacks
+ Preparing coffee
+ Ensuring supplies are in stock, organized
+ Maintaining organization/cleanliness in canteen/outdoor are
+ Clean tables/surfaces/countertops
+ Wash/restock reusable dish/drinkware (all washables completed by EOD
+ Keep storage cabinets organized and neat
+ Maintaining cleanliness and working order of equipment:
+ Ensure daily cleanliness of all equipment (refrigerators, freezers, coffee machines, Nespresso, Vivreau tap, dishwashers)
+ Deep clean all equipment once a week
+ Report on equipment issues to the maintenance manager, immediately
**Restroom Support**
Maintaining organization/cleanliness/supplies for the restrooms (front/education)
+ Refill Supplies: Toilet paper, seat liners, hand soap/lotion, paper towels
+ Ensure all automatic units are functioning/replace batteries (daily check)
+ Maintain cleanliness:
+ Clean mirrors
+ Ensure floor is clear of trash
+ Wipe all surfaces(sink/tabletops)
+ Empty trash bins
+ Report any equipment/maintenance issues to the maintenance manager, immediately.
+ Ensure event laundry is cleaned/folded/stored:
+ After photoshoots
+ Canteen/studio/theater events (non-education)
+ Cleaning Rags (night cleaners)
**Reception Support**
Assist with coverage at reception, when needed
**Event Support**
Maintain cleanliness of conference rooms/studio/theater (related to dishware/drinkware
+ Check locations 2x/daily
+ Remove all dishware/drinkware and bring items to the canteen to wash
+ Assist with setup/breakdown and service throughout the event
+ Provide water/beverages/drinkware (refill throughout/clean up after)
**What You'll Bring**
**Education & Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent **required**
+ Minimum of six months of experience working in an office or customer-facing environment
+ Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with staff, guests, and vendors
**Key Skills & Abilities:**
+ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-sufficient
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate in English clearly
+ Positive client service attitude with a friendly, approachable demeanor
+ Collaborative team player with a flexible mindset and willingness to assist across the Facilities Operations Team
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
+ Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, walking, and bending
+ Able to adapt to varying schedules and unexpected requests with professionalism and urgency
+ **PART-TIME: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am-5pm**
**The expected base hourly pay rate is $19.00.** The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
