Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Youยดll be responsible to assist on processing requests related to remote working internationally under the new work abroad concept deployed in Robert Bosch.

Your contribution to something big: 

- Evaluate initial international remote work requests: Perform the first analysis of employee requests, determining if they meet the initial criteria for specific countries.

- Serve as a primary point of contact: Respond to general inquiries from employees and managers regarding international remote work policies, processes, and protocols.

- Track performance and identify opportunities: Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the international remote work service, identifying areas for improvement.

- Maintain documentation and audit trails: Archive all relevant documents related to each request to ensure accurate and complete audit trails.

- Support process improvement: Collaborate with the Global Policy Owner (GPO) on continuous process improvements, providing feedback and contributing to the refinement of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

- Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes and policies. Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. German language skills are a plus.

- Personality: Customer-focused, results-oriented, and attentive to detail. Demonstrates strong collaboration, proactivity, and organizational skills. Adaptable to new tasks and changing processes with a creative and innovative mindset.
