Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Manage expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting, salary reviews, reporting, KPIs);Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines but also helping with consultancy in international assignments procedures, explaining the policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates (assignees).QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: Preference in degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;Knowledge: Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel);Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese (mandatory);Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.Additional InformationWhat we offer you:
