Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives;Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates;Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
