What You'll Do
BCG is looking for an Expert Project Leader to successfully meet our clients’ demand for deep expertise, and advanced technical capabilities in Geopolitics. You will be a core member of BCG’s Global Advantage Practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in the industry. You will also significantly contribute to the development of our Geopolitics & Trade Impact topic and our Centre for Geopolitics.
You will work on some of the most important geopolitics-related projects with a special emphasis on clients based in USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia. As a project leader, you will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, conducting detailed fact-based analyses and developing strategic solutions in projects. You will also dedicate time to further develop and deepen BCG’s expertise in the topic, and to support BCG Partners in business development initiatives.
In this role you will:
Take leadership in project execution role, managing teams of BCG consultants and experts, as well as members of BCG’s Vantage (formerly Knowledge) Teams, as requiredBuild BCG’s intellectual capital on the topic of geopolitics with a particular focus on the relevant geographies. This activity may involve contributing to BCG’s Centre for Geopolitics, leading internal BCG teams in “Tier-1” research programs, as well as preparing and writing articles for publication. Public Speaking and Media events may also be undertaken, pending relevant approvals from within BCGWork with BCG partners and teams in identifying priority geopolitical trends, sectors, and prospective clients.Lead and support sales development activities by preparing proposal documents and participating in proposal meetings with clientsOur Expert Consulting Track
The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to successfully meet our clients’ demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG's most complex and cutting-edge client challenges. Experts focus on developing BCG's thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets; and their work is essential to our delivery model. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.
What You'll Bring
