What You'll Do

As an Expert Project Leader within BCG's Climate and Sustainability Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in industry shaping the climate agenda across our Climate & Sustainability practice. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including: 

You will support Oil & Gas clients on multiple topics such as ESG Strategy, Decarbonization, Energy Transition and renewables. Climate Strategy: Setting climate ambition, identifying new opportunities, and defining a roadmap for successful execution to net-zero strategies and emission measuring. Execute or provide expertise on Climate & Sustainability projects for our key Energy clients across the Middle East region. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.    

What You'll Bring

6+ years relevant work experience of combined consulting and industry experience.Proven track record in Climate & Sustainability and Energy topics. Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands.Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams.Adept at relationship building and client management across various levels. Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect.
