About this opportunity:
 We are now looking for a Developer Board Power Design to maintain products. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.

We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do:

Drive technical direction and innovation to enhance product development.Continuously evaluate product and system requirements, ensuring all design objectives are met.Design, prototype, and validate high-performance board power solutions with a focus on reliability and efficiency.Resolve technical issues efficiently and provide ongoing support to internal teams and customers.Lead efforts to optimize products, processes, and methodologies to improve quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Continuously develop domain-specific knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

The skills you bring:

MSc in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Board Power design and development.Solid understanding of the product development process and experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives, understanding customer needs and market trends.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams to achieve common goals.Strong skills in innovating and adapting to new challenges and changing technologies.A track record of delivering results while meeting customer expectations and deadlines.Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
