About this opportunity:

As a Principal Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at Ericsson, you'll work closely with our C-suite and senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions for critical executive roles. You'll be the linchpin in our executive recruitment process, managing everything from strategic intake meetings, crafting engaging job adverts to preparing candidates for their first day, while delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do:

Strategic Partnership

Lead strategic intake meetings for new executive openings, providing deep discovery and consultation with hiring managers.Develop effective search strategies and interview plans, leveraging data insights to attract ideal internal and external candidates.Provide hiring managers with real-time market trends and talent availability leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights and other relevant tools.  Oversee thorough candidate assessments and facilitate constructive communication with candidates and hiring managers.When necessary, manage external search firm partnerships, ensuring adherence to Ericsson's recruitment standards and quality expectations. 
 

Talent Sourcing and Assessment

Build and engage executive talent pools using Eightfold Talent Pool and LinkedIn.Conduct consultative pre-screen interviews and develop detailed shortlists with notes and recommendations.Lead debriefs meetings to guide executive hiring managers on final decisions.
 

Offer Management and Onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on executive offer packages.Lead offer negotiations and initiate background checks for executive candidates.Support the finalization of executive employment contracts and maintain engagement during the notice period.


Stakeholder & Candidate Management

Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, executive renumeration and other cross-functional teams to align on recruitment strategy and candidate profiles. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clear and engaging communication with candidates from the first touchpoint through onboarding.Ensure all recruitment practices meet local and international laws, GDPR, and internal policies, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy and confidentiality.


The skills you bring:

Experience: Experience working as a full cycle 360 recruiter for a technology company, either in an in-house or search firm environment. Proven experience recruiting for high complexity senior and executive positions. Demonstrated ability to leverage data and provide market and talent intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the hiring process.Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior executives.Personal Attributes: Adaptability, influencing skills, results orientation, creativity, resilience, and a commitment to ethical hiring practices.
