The Executive Assistant role demands an expert in multitasking, with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can operate with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate the needs of our executive team.

This role will support multiple executives onsite in San Jose, CA.

What we’ll get you doing:

Expertly manage and optimize calendars - coordinate all aspects of schedules, including high volume of complex domestic and international travel arrangements; understand the executive’s needs and work to meet them.

Act as the primary point of contact for the executives, handling all communications with precision and professionalism.

Support the organization and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up.

Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

The essential requirements of the role include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with proven success in supporting C-level executives.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with a team of administrative professionals.

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an integral part of a high-performing team.
