Ethical Sales Director - Cambodia & Myanmar
**Major Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Ethical Channel, across CM Markets. + Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets for Ethical Channel in CM Markets. + Ownership of Ethical Sales P&L, with regular monitoring of GTN/ SG&A and Division Margins including oversight of achievement for key KPIs as per targets. + Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, thereby guiding the Business Development and NPI Development for ANI. + Working with Mktg./ Finance Partners to develop Ethical Pricing Strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer/ consumer satisfaction. + Oversee the Ethical Sales Team (Distributor) and guide its day-to-day operations, including recruiting, supervising and mentoring members of the team. + Develop new and innovative business models to tap into new-age opportunities and challenges – especially telemedicine and therapeutic nutrition brands. + Help create a performance-based culture and build long-term organization capability through the building and developing a high-performing team, through coaching and counseling. + Ensure the maintenance of both company and external standards in Ethical Behaviour, Safety, Health and Environment and Fiscal Controls. _QUALIFICATIONS_ + Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Healthcare industry in one or more Asia Pacific countries would be strongly preferred. + Proven track record of managing and leading a team across cultural and functional boundaries. + Sales/Marketing experiences with a demonstrated track record of meeting financial and business development targets. + Strong analytical skills + Good leadership skills + Good communication and coaching skills + Strong team player + Working knowledge of Microsoft application e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
