Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection  

Complete the school checklist using the electronic Kobo form at each visited school.Collect data on enrolment, attendance records, and participation in PIE-supported activities and trainings.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data collected.

Transportation

Provide safe and reliable transportation for the monitoring team to various schools.Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition.Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.

Logistical Support

Assist with logistical arrangements for monitoring visits, including scheduling and coordination.Provide support in setting up equipment and materials for monitoring activities.Assist the Project Officer (Teacher) and other team members as needed during school visits.

Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all trips and data collection activities.Submit collected data and completed checklists to the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in a timely manner.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Experience in data collection or a related field is an advantage.Familiarity with electronic data collection tools (e.g., Kobo) is desirable.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.Reliability and punctuality in transportation duties.Ability to work collaboratively with team members.Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the local context
