CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enterprise Architect Lead, Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Enterprise Architecture processes and design architectural solutions in alignment with USSOUTHCOM Objectives. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) technology capabilities across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). 

Key Responsibilities:  

Leads architecture development, supporting enduringly interoperable C2 and cyber systems and operations services 

Manages, maintains, and evolves digital modeling and systems engineering for USSOUTHCOM lifecycle engineering across the IT project lifecycle 

Participates in the ITSM processes for upcoming changes to the Enterprise architectural products 

Directs incident and problem management activities within the A&E team 

Oversees MBSE with digital modeling for system design and RTM generation 

Leads in C5IM architecture, including MBSE As-Is Architectures 

Drives IT modernization and manages documentation across all sites 

Supports USSOUTHCOM Zero Trust Implementation 

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments 

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

May supervise others 

 

Required Qualifications:  

Must hold an active secret level clearance 

Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field 

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Enterprise Architecture roles 

CISSP; TOGAF 9; PMP-PMI; PMI-ACP; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) 

Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Provides subject matter expertise on enterprise architecture toward the evolution of SAP IT technological transformation.  

Develops EA architectural viewpoints using DoDAF standards.  

Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise 

Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$104,200-$229,200
