About this opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Product Management to join our team at Ericsson. This engaging role involves the development and maintenance of our products and services   including components, units, nodes, networks, systems, and solutions. As part of your role, you will be tasked with a variety of development undertakings such as requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, tools design, and product documentation support, to name a few. You will work according to the Ericsson Product Development Principles, with the backing of specific governance and appointment rules for Developers at stage 8 and 9. You will join the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless SD-WAN Team working in the area of Bonding and Traffic Steering, focusing mainly on Bonding.

What you will do:

• 10+ years of experience as a member of a software development or product development team.
• Should be willing to work with Product Management and Team to define and Refine requirements.
• Should be able to Take a Requirement from Product Management. 
• Break it down into stories. 
• Experience in Project Management and Leading a Development Team
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication Collaboration skills with peers and leadership team members

The skills you bring:

• Exposure to Agile Process - Ability to Groom backlog, Create Stories with a Clear Definition of Done, Prirotise  Stories, Size them.
• Worked in an Environment of End to End ownership from Dev to Test to Support.
• Hands on Developer in C / Python willing to code where needed
• Good Debugging Skills Excellent Networking area, Knowledge of Kernel programming, DPDK, SD-WAN. 
• Working knowledge of working on AWS
