About this role
You will be responsible for:
Manage the life cycle of Site Assets for optimized utilizations and value, including both the buildings, hard-wares, controls systems, utilities, facilities, and the landscapes.Implement progressive maintenance systems and standards including asset logs and ranking, maintenance planning and procedures, breakdown maintenance, parts and storeroom, budgetsLead the site Sustainability, Environmental and Safety ProgramsLead the team of Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Landscaping maintenance and Water recovery plant technician/operatorSupport in delivery of outstanding performance in all aspects of the site (Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Morale). VC maintenance systems and AC standards setup New packaging line design and to provide engineering inputs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Ensure the purpose of Engineering and Asset Care team is defined and translated into performance goals Establish the progressive maintenance systems as the site is going to start up and ensure the technical documents and logs are well stored and controlled. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Standards and compliance to maintenance regulatory standards Attend daily Engineering and Asset care review meetings, and take appropriate action to provide support to course correct non conformance Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to raise, discuss and follow up on persistent performance issues to root cause problem solving and effective control Establish the relationship with vendors.
