Job Description

To execute the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint solutions and integrated communication systems within a dedicated infrastructure applications portfolio (SBSA) to ensure a secure and efficient work environment as well as seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms. To execute upgrades, patches, and new configurations smoothly, improving technology functionality and maintaining compatibility with SBG needs.

QualificationsA degree in Information Technology - BSC Computer Science or BCOM Info Systems or related studies is required.

Experience:

5-7 years Experience in day-to-day support of Technical Systems, utilising advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools to resolve issues efficiently. Excellent design, implementation and troubleshooting experience with various provisioning tools.Experience in Agile methodology and working towards deliverables within a program iteration. Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging with Business partners and translating Technical Requirements into Business Value.;
