Key Responsibilities:
The IT Endpoint & Cloud Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless management, security, and
optimization of endpoint devices and cloud-based infrastructure within the organization. This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining endpoint solutions, while integrating them with cloud services. Thespecialist will work closely with IT teams to implement endpoint security policies, manage cloud-based applications, and enhance automation in device management. They will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices. By leveraging expertise in endpoint management tools, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks, the IT Endpoint & Cloud Specialist contributes to improving operational efficiency, strengthening cybersecurity, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Strategy Development & Planning
Create functional and technical specifications and diagramAnalyse current infrastructure and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Develop and propose solutions to optimize business processes and enhance functionality.Design and document system solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT standards.Develop architecture and design documentation, including security and workflow diagrams.Work with leadership to develop budgets for IT projects and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.Resource Acquisition & Management
Provide input to project plans related to the requested taskAccountability & Quality Assurance
First point of contact and day-to-day technical and endpoint support to end users.Oversee the implementation of new infrastructure or enhancements to existing infrastructure.Conduct infrastructure testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Assist in the planning and managing IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and project managers.Responsible for responding to customer requests by diagnosing and resolving problems and for supporting the ongoing technology needs of all employees.Ensure that systems comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems and data from threats.Continuously review and refine systems based on performance feedback and changing business requirements.Maintains IT inventory management for all IT equipment and/or software in accordance with company policy and proceduresCreate IT Service Desk Report like SLA Response, Resolution, NPS and related report type.Capacity Building
Provide client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for infrastructure development, testing and security.Networking & Coordination
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and system requirements.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document requirements.Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful system integration and deployment.Management & Leadership
Build and maintain a positive spirit of teamwork with other staff in respective units and departments.Implement all activities aligned with WV Indonesia’s Child Protection Policy and Standard, including regularly participating in CP awareness and training and responding to child protection incidents promptly and appropriately.Submit monthly reports timelyQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical and business work experience.Indonesia (Fluent) and English (Business Proficiency)
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Google Professional Cloud Engineer, or equivalent are a plus.ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.Critical thinking and creativity.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Familiarity with industry-specific tools and practices.Extensive knowledge technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Have experienced with developing a cloud infrastructure on enterprise level is a plusAbility to work with SCRUM project styleONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.
