The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an End-User Device Lead to oversee the management and support of all end-user computing devices within the command. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all hardware and software used by employees are functioning efficiently and effectively, enabling optimal productivity supporting USSTRATCOM’s critical mission.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
End User Device Lead, Senior:
Supervises and mentors a team of end-user support personnel and services, including end-user device management and a Consolidated Service Desk
Tracks and manages the team’s workload, tasks, assignments, and performance of personnel against required end-user service metrics
Manages Tier 1 end-user support services and relationship management with respect to day-to-day support of all desktop computing devices
Plans, develops, deploys, implements, operates, maintains, monitors, and documents the USSTRATCOM IT infrastructure O&S program
Participates in providing robust, reliable, efficient, and secure IT network access and availability across all security levels
Provides and maintains a standard set of compatible computing systems and peripherals for use on the USSTRATCOM Enterprise networks through lifecycle replacement and disposal
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Coordinate with other IT teams to facilitate cross-departmental initiatives related to end-user devices
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
BA/BS + 3 YRS
Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 411 - Advanced; FITSP-O or GICSP or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or SSCP; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
AND
One or more of the following: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNP, ITIL4
Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on end-user device management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of current technologies, operating systems, and end-user device configurations

The proposed salary range for this position is:
