The Opportunity

Under the supervision of the eMRO Client Service Manager, interface with Alere eScreen MRO vendors to provide administrative support for the medical review process. Communicate with clients, donors, labs, and clinicians to handle drug test inquiries. Perform daily call center and administrative activities related to drug testing compliance, documentation and process control, and vendor issues.

What You’ll Work On

Work closely with the MRO vendor, clients, clinicians, and other eScreen employees to ensure documentation accuracy and time efficiency for all results requiring medical review.

Document detailed information related to client/donor interaction and review-related issues.

Answer phone calls, and/or emails from clients, donors, clinicians, and laboratories relating to results, testing, document processing, reporting, and other issues.

Maintain the processes required for compliant medical review and assist in the resolution of issues related to that process.

Coordinate receipt of source documents with the MRO; resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data on the documents under review.

Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of all results in the MRO review process.

Request documentation from vendors, clinics, or clients as required to complete the review process.

Perform extensive follow-up with the client and other co-workers to ensure the completion of the review in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

High School degree required

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred

Call center experience is strongly preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior drug testing knowledge is preferred

Federal DOT drug testing regulation knowledge is preferred

The ability to understand and explain general collection, laboratory, and medical review procedures is preferred

The base pay for this position is $18.25 – $36.55 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
