Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to Business Units, Management, and Global teamsEnsure accurate and timely information flow between country/cluster finance teams and regional/global finance teamsMaintain strong coordination with cluster finance teamsReport consolidated financial results monthlyPrepare ad hoc reports for regional and global stakeholdersSupport the budget and forecast processes, providing relevant recommendationsIdentify and implement process improvements in reporting and forecasting to enhance efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver financial insightsMonitor key financial KPIs and provide analysis to support strategic decision-makingAnalyze and benchmark profitability across regions, countries, divisions, sectors, and productsAct as a proactive business partner to business leads and functional heads

Requirement:

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis; experience in a multinational environment is a plusExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with SAP, OneStream, and Tableau is an assetStrong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
