EMEA OSC Senior Manager - RevOps Solution Center

Who We Are

The RevOps Solution Center is a global organization within Oracle that supports technology sales across all Technology LoBs. We operate several physical Solution Center locations, as well as remote programs and engagements. We aim to assist field sales and pre-sales organizations in developing new businesses and winning large and complex opportunities.

The OSC provides Oracle clients with access to technology experts and test infrastructure, including systems solutions, C@C, OCI and Multicloud, and technology software. 

Our consultants are subject matter experts within their areas, working with the latest Oracle products and providing their expertise to large global customers

What You’ll Do

Manage an experienced Sales Consulting team, specializing in various technology offerings such as Database and AI, OCI and Multicloud, Hybrid and Distributed Solutions (CC@C, ExaC@C, DRC@C, Alloy, etc.), as well as Solution Architectures (e.g. DR or MAA).  Lead the technology adoption process by collaborating with the Product Management and Global OSC team to develop early use cases for the latest Oracle products within the Technology space.  Drive the team to deliver sales consulting engagements for large and complex opportunities, including demos, PoCs, benchmarks, sizings, and architecture design.  co-create and support EMEA OSC growth strategy  speak at OSC events and webinars  Provide regular reporting on team and opportunity KPIs to the OSC Leadership team.  Collaborate closely with the Field Sales, Partners, Industry teams, Global OSC team, and EMEA Presales and Specialists organization.  Define and manage OSC solution presentation Storyboards across the Technology solution set, working with demonstration management for the successful delivery of the “story” by your team to prospective customers.  Train, coach, and support the team in delivering our Technology value propositions, consultative storytelling presentations, and demonstrations to drive results across EMEA.  Foster a culture of technology curiosity and constant skills development within your team.  Manage hiring needs and performance of the members of the team. 

 

What You'll Bring

Deep experience with Oracle technology within the Cloud or Systems offering  Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of functional and value-based Sales Consulting specialists across multiple countries  Experience of working with the highest level of global customers and delivering workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs with a proven ability to influence and build trust  Excellent communication, storytelling, and storyboard creation skills  Results-driven with a “can do” attitude and a continuous improvement and innovation mindset  Passionate about leading and developing teams
