EMEA Head of Campaigns

Role overview:
As Head of Campaigns for the EMEA region, you will lead the charge in driving effectiveness and efficiency across all digital, social, and CRM D2C and B2B campaigns. This role will focus on raising the bar for campaign strategy and execution, delivering industry-leading ROI through best practices and a data-driven approach.
By fostering a regional approach, you will break down silos between markets to unlock economies of scale, streamline processes, and enable the sharing of insights and learnings. Alongside these objectives, you will be responsible for building and empowering a high-performing team of 3 campaign managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation, across the EMEA region and with the global team.
Key Accountabilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
◦ Develop and implement a unified regional campaign strategy that aligns with business objectives.
◦ Demonstrate a clear vision to drive campaign effectiveness and team performance.
* Campaign Excellence:
◦ Lead best-in-class execution for digital, social, and CRM campaigns to achieve industry-leading ROI.
◦ Champion a data-driven mindset to analyse performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
◦ Set benchmarks for best practices and ensure adoption across all markets.
* Website Optimization:
◦ Continuously optimize our website journey to enhance the user experience and drive measurable outcomes such as meeting bookings.
◦ Collaborate with global digital performance team to test, refine, and improve website performance.
◦ Use data and insights to identify opportunities to streamline the educator journey, ensuring ease of access to key resources and conversion points.
* Operational Efficiency:
◦ Drive economies of scale by aligning markets under a unified campaign approach.
◦ Streamline processes to reduce duplication and enhance productivity across the region.
◦ Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful campaigns.
* Team Development:
◦ Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing, motivated team across the EMEA region.
◦ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
◦ Invest in team development, providing coaching and opportunities to succeed.
* Collaboration and Influence:
◦ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including central marketing, regional marketing, global marketing teams and the regions sales organisation.
◦ Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse markets, influencing without authority to achieve shared goals.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketing leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional campaign performance at a regional or multi-market level. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of transforming strategy into measurable impact.
* Experience:
◦ 8+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.
◦ Demonstrated success in leading regional or multi-market campaigns with measurable ROI.
◦ Experience driving operational efficiencies across markets and fostering collaboration.
◦ Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
* Skills:
◦ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
◦ Deep expertise in digital, social, and CRM campaign strategy and execution.
◦ Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive campaign optimization.
