EMEA Customer Deal Desk, SSC Deal specialist

The EMEA SSC Deal Specialist works on EMEA’s customer contracts and supports the M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) drafting, both critical to the success of the EMEA business.  The SSC Deal specialist has to ensure that Ordering Documents and Agreements in accordance to Oracle Policies. Monitors, validates contract and business terms to mitigate Oracle’s risk. 

As a member of the Deal Management organization, you will: 

Validate all aspects of contract packages for accuracy and compliance with Oracle’s Business Practices and Consulting Business Approvals/Process while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Monitor quality of contractual documentation & support wider SSC quality process as required.  Draft non-standard M&A contracts and standard OD as required  Duties and tasks are standard with some variation: We need a person, who completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.  Be able to handle complex drafting cases coming from Sales (CRM) , apply the VUE methodology and be able to build a clear Action Plan in order to solve any potential issues / obstacles. 

 

Be flexible in you day to day tasks as acquisitions move into Oracle standard processes resulting in picking up new M&A activities or working on more standard Oracle contracts. 

In order to become an EMEA SSC Deal Specialist, you need to fulfill the following requirements:

Experience in drafting non-standard Customer contracts. Experience as a Deal Management or equivalent process expert. Experience in handling complex Sales contractual cases.  Very good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Ability to effectively multiple task  Attention to details Ability to adapt and acquire new skills quickly, to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment Excellent customer focus skills Required languages: English
