Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning program objectives with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. 

Key Responsibilities 

Plan, manage, and monitor programs from initiation through completion. Coordinate multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports. Lead program governance, including risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Communicate program status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership. Manage and mentor project managers or team leads working on associated projects. Ensure all projects under the program align with organizational standards and frameworks. Identify interdependencies and mitigate risks across projects. Scout for opportunities for expanding project / service business Setting and aligning programs goals with organization goals & strategies Steer the Programs / Projects in the portfolio by Leading the steering committee Drive synergies amongst the Programs / Projects / Operations in the portfolio Customer engagement and commitment with respect to portfolio / program scope Introduce innovative approaches to project / program success 

Qualifications

Must Have: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field. 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in program management or 10 years in project management, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience in automotive software development, with responsibility for teams of over 50 members. Proven experience managing stakeholders across diverse countries and cultures. Expertise in software requirements, development processes, and the full project lifecycle. Proficient in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution. Strong business acumen, including experience in project sponsorship, steering committee participation, and strategic alignment. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-domain, and cross-functional initiatives while managing large teams. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana. The ideal candidate is collaborative, supportive, and thrives in team environments.

Nice to Have: 

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or other relevant credentials.
