JOB PURPOSE

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the electrical maintenance and projects program E2E in the factory as well as the utilities. Adding to that the sustainability management program and score card.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Responsible for all the Electrical maintenance agenda (regular, preventive, corrective and new installations).

Develop a production maintenance plan (TPM) with the production engineer and follow up on its implementation.

Management and follow up on spare parts consumption rates and monthly analysis and develop a plan to rationalize consumption and control cost.

Machine Spare Part List Update Inspect the spare parts received and comply with the purchase order to verify the required specifications and register them on SAP.

Provide solutions that help develop and facilitate productive/business processes.

Support equipment, utility, and facility improvement projects relevant to energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, and maintenance.

Support the development of engineering team skills as relevant to automation, control, and digitization aiming to develop a competent, high-performing team of engineers and sociates.

Implement training programs for staff, engineers, operators, and/or technicians where in areas of automation, control, and digitization.

Manages instrumentation and metering maintenance and calibration program and assures instrumentation, metering, and respective systems integrity, operational consistency, and quality performance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

BSc in Electrical engineering is a must

2-4 years of experience

Previous experience in FMCG factories maintenance is an edge

Capable of budget management

Experience in PLC Programming language STL, SCL, LL
