**主要职责** **Core Job Responsibilities** + 负责协调嘉兴工厂EHS管理系统，以确定伤害事件的历史记录被关注，确认存在的过程，减少潜在的受伤风险。 + Responsible for the coordination of the overall EHS management system for facilities in Jiaxing plant to make certain historical injury experience is being focused upon; formal processes exist to identify and resolve injury risk potentials. + 提供EHS培训和组织所有EHS相关的会议，包括EHS KPI数据的统计，能源消耗计算，事故调查和EHS活动。 + Provide EHS training and organize all related EHS meeting, including EHS KPI data statistics, energy consumption calculation, accident investigation and EHS campaign. + 支持全面的以风险为基础的环境安全与健康计划。与EHS经理协调，确定功能活动，培训，机器防护，人机工程和其他EHS改善措施，以及行动计划和目标实施日期。 + Support an overall risk-based environment safety & health program. Follow-up and verify to assure that deficiencies identified as part of the assessment are satisfactorily resolved **最低学历要求Minimum Education** + Bachelor degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, or related business/engineering discipline **最低经验** **/** **培训要求** **Minimum Experience / Training Required** + 在中国对健康和安全法规要求有全面的知识和经验。 + Overall knowledge and experience on health and safety legal requirements in China. + 至少2年EHS工作经验，有相关的EHS工作和项目分配/项目经验 + At least 5 years working experience in EHS function with relevant routine EHS works and projects assignments / projects experiences as well. + 良好的沟通、解决问题、人机关系和团队合作能力。 + Good communication, problem solving, interpersonal and teamwork skills. + 良好的英语和普通话听说读写能力。 + Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin.
