-    Assist site EHSS manager to lead Ganzhou plant to achieve 0 TRC in workplace.
-    Assist Ganzhou plant project permitting at EHSS side (Fire safety permitting, EIA, PDP, Safety & Occupational health assessment, EHSS commissioning etc.)
-    Assist site EHSS manager to manage air, noise, water and waste compliance. This includes emission compliance and permit applications, follow up till obtain or renew permits.
-    Assist site EHSS manager to deliver APAC EHS Roadmap initiatives.
-    EHSS reporting such as Incident reporting, environmental/safety declaration, regular authority EHSS reports and other business internal reports.
-    Day to day supervision, direction, support and plan corrective actions for EHSS deviations to achieve business goal.
-    Proactively collect and identify applicable legal requirements, assess compliance, and drive to fill in gaps. 
-    Deliver site level annual safety and smooth operation of the firefighting system installed in the factory in a comprehensive and practical way.
