EDI Governance Consultant

At Diversey - A Solenis Company, we are the pioneer, the facilitator of our clients in a wide range of industries around the globe. We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies - such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for Food & Beverage industry.

We are looking for an EDI Governance Consultant to analyze and design new business processes, creating detailed documentation that guides the implementation of innovative solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment with process and functional needs. Your expertise will help drive seamless EDI integrations, governance, and process optimization in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver system design and development for business requirements.Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projectsHelp with testing 3PL and Transportation Inbound and Outbound EDI transactions.Coordinate with other team members for troubleshooting issues and resolve defects.Work with Business testers and partners to verify EDI transactions.Identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution.Document the complex areas of scope, objectives, added value or benefit expectations, using an integrated set of analysis and modelling techniques.

Qualifications & Profile:

8+ years of experience in SAP EDI implementation and Support projects.Strong experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Design and hands-on SAP Configuration.Proven experience in analyzing and mapping business processes.Ability to identify inefficiencies, create strategies and implement solutionsSolid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures.Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a high complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.Must be client focused, and have good problem solving & decision-making skillsGood functional knowledge of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle covering Ordering, Delivery, and Billing areasGood understanding of Idocs, Customer EDI transactions, inbound and outbound transactions flows.Experience with 3PL EDI transactions and business processes (warehousing and transportation)
