Job Description
·Lead critical SE teams for EBS Magnet valve module
·Lead and Participate related simultaneous engineering projects
·Organize PGL workshops for new products
·Manufacturing process design and set up according to Bosch Production System
·Leading process-FMEA creation and maintenance for preventive quality assurance
·Investment planning, purchasing, pre/final-acceptance and release e.g. machines, tools
·Line/Machine cycle time definition and optimization
·Line/Machine OEE tracking and improvement with PDCA systematic
·Leading systematical problem solving for technical and quality issue (e.g. 8D, PSS)
·Leading TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) in cooperation with shopfloor
·Leading CIP projects regarding quality, cost and delivery performance
·Support and coaching project from shopfloor
·Lead and support implementation of engineering change request
Qualifications•RBCD internal transfer, 3+ years working experiences in RBCD, assembly process related knowledge preferred.
•Hands-on experience with process validation, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
•Excellent problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
•Good motivation to change and take challenges.
