The Role
EAII is seeking a Senior Manager to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. The Senior Manager will play a key role in supporting the Director of P&C in developing and implementing P&C strategies, policies, and programs. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, HR Operations, talent management, performance management, and compliance. The Senior Manager will also contribute to shaping the organization's HR initiatives, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective management of our human capital.

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a positive and high-performing work environment. Support employee engagement by developing programs that enhance morale, satisfaction, and overall experience. Drive representation and inclusion efforts, fostering a culture of respect and equal opportunities.People Operations
Lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best practices. Oversee HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, keeping them up to date and relevant. Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Manage HRIS, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making. Lead and manage HR budgets and optimize resources to support strategic HR initiatives.Talent Development
Lead performance management, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and development plans. Develop and implement training programs, supporting continuous learning and leadership growth. Lead employee reward and recognition programs to ensure employees feel valued, appreciated and motivated.Employee Engagement
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including annual engagement survey feedback analysis and other feedback mechanisms, to continuously enhance workplace culture. Promote work-life balance initiatives, wellness programs, and mental health support to ensure overall employee well-being. Foster a culture of open communication and transparency, creating an environment where employees feel heard, supported, and empowered. Organize and facilitate team-building activities, employee events, and leadership forums to strengthen Evidence Action culture.
