Job Description:

The role works with Royal Canin Korea E-Commerce team based in Seoul. The purpose of this role is to ensure the e-merchandising and recommendation of Royal Canin products by partnering with a variety of online customers and channels. This position plays an important role in driving sales and growing category in the digital space.

What are we looking for?Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both locally and internationallyOver 5 years of experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 3 years in the E-commerce fieldAdvanced level of English both written and verbalProven and strong project management capabilities and ability to execute with excellenceAbility to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines ‒ Business results oriented, deal with ambiguityAble to respond and adapt to a fast moving, changing environment with a can do / solution-based

What will be your key responsibilities?Execute digital promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective media planning & optimization.Lead and monitor performance marketing strategies, including SEM(CPC), to optimize results.Develop content including product pages and display banners for conversionOversee portfolio management to ensure product offerings align with market demand.Facilitate communication with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Manage A&P budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI across campaigns and channels.Facilitate communication with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
